Samuel is a seasoned professional with over 19 years of expertise in Program, Project, and Construction Management, supported by a robust foundation in Civil Engineering and Building Construction. He holds a BSc in Construction Management from Makerere University, a High Diploma in Civil Engineering from Kyambogo University, and a Diploma in Practical Engineering Management from the Engineering Institute of Technology. Samuel is also a distinguished member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is currently on a Master-Track program for Construction Engineering and Management by Michigan University.

As the Operations Director for Real Contractors, Samuel oversees core geographical operational areas, driving excellence across complex and high-impact projects.
