Elly is a registered Engineer in the Institution of Engineers Rwanda (IER). As Production Manager, he oversees steel, aluminum, and timber structural works, building finishing works, and offers solutions for Made in Rwanda furniture. He holds a Masters Degree in Transportation Engineering and Economics from University of Rwanda in collaboration with Leeds University and a Bachelor's degree in construction engineering and management from Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST).
