Pascal holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the National University of Rwanda (NUR), a Diploma in Legal Practice from Rwanda Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD), a Masters of International Economics and Business Law from Kigali Independent University (ULK). He has over eight years of experience in law practice, both in public and private institutions in Rwanda.
