Moussa joined RCL in February 2018 shortly after qualifying for the renowned ACCA certificate. He is also a holder of BBA and MBA. He is an active member of ICPAR. He has over 14 years of practical experience in financial reporting, in both internal and external auditing and he has a wide experience in the practice of taxation laws of Rwanda.
