Adrien Runyambo is an experienced Human Resources leader with over 15 years of expertise in human capital management, organizational development, and public sector oversight. He currently serves as Head of Human Resources and Administration at Real Contractors, where he leads strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, and talent management.

Adrien has previously held key roles including Human Capital Manager and Recruitment & Training Specialist at Rwanda Energy Group (EDCL), contributing to workforce development in Rwanda’s energy sector. He also served as a Human Resources Oversight Auditor at the National Public Service Commission, ensuring compliance and strengthening HR practices across public institutions.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Sciences and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, alongside the SPHRi certification from HRCI.
